About Julio

Julio Abner Hernandez P, was born in February 14th, 1962, in La Paz, El Salvador. Son of Juan Apolonio Hernandez (died on 1983) and Teresa de Jesus Panameño (age 73), has 5 brothers and 2 sisters, 5 children and 2 grandchildren.

Mr. Hernandez, joined the Military Academy in January 7th, 1983. During his military career, attended various others military assignments as different levels units´ commander and as an international student, mainly in the US Army.

His English preparation started at El Salvador Navy English School on 1991, continued at Defense Language Institute, English Language Center (DLIELC) at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, USA, and graduated from Basic American Language Instructor Course (BALIC) in 2005.

He became an English teacher at Salvadoran Armed Force Language Center (SAFLC-CEIFA), since 2006 until 2012.

Former Deputy of this school during the first semester of 2012, before he got retired on June 2012, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (LTC).

At present, Mr. Hernandez, (n) Julito, is attending the subject of Phonology at Technological University (UTEC), in order to graduate as an English Major.

About Mr. White

Lic. Julio Anival Blanco Escobar, (n) Mr. White, is the only teacher I know who teaches Phonology at UTEC; in the case, he were not available for teaching activities, I am sure it will be difficult to get a very well trained Phonology teacher.

History of project

Nowadays, English language is advancing around the world, and El Salvador is not different from other countries. Many of our countrymen, are speaking English, and Technological University is providing the means for those who take the challenge to improve their English and want to succeed in a professional career, like English Major. I take the challenge to become a good student and then an excelent teacher.
